Justin is the founder and CEO of JG Strategic Solutions, where his vision drives the company’s mission to help businesses eliminate waste, streamline processes, and maximize efficiency. A seasoned mechanical engineer, he brings over a decade of experience leading process improvements for OEMs and tier 1 suppliers in the automotive sector. His background in manufacturing, robotics, and quality systems gives him the unique ability to see inefficiencies others miss and craft practical, sustainable solutions.
As both a leader and a visionary, Justin doesn’t just identify opportunities — he builds the frameworks and teams to deliver results. He is respected among peers and clients alike for his ability to roll up his sleeves on the shop floor while also casting long-term strategy from the boardroom. Under his leadership, JGSS combines engineered precision with business foresight. By applying a hands-on, data-first approach, Justin ensures that solutions are not only visionary but also grounded in measurable outcomes that clients can trust.
Beyond his professional role, Justin is a devoted husband and father of two, actively involved in his church and passionate about stewardship — of time, resources, and people. Mellanie is a seasoned entrepreneur and project manager whose expertise spans operations, financial strategy, and client engagement. A devoted wife to Justin, homeschooling mother of two, author, and bookkeeper, she understands the value of stewardship and balance. She is passionate about people and thrives in bringing together diverse strengths, ensuring every project moves forward with unity and purpose.
As VP of Operations & Strategic Partnerships, Mellanie leads with a client-first mindset, forging lasting relationships that connect JGSS with businesses who value engineered precision paired with strategic foresight. VP of Finance
