Payment Terms


Payment for services is due as agreed in contracts or invoices provided. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until balances are settled.
 

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, JGSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
 

Termination
